Strohgelb, leicht opal mit mäßiger Schaumbildung. Fruchtige Aromen: Zitrus, Gewürze, Hefe Geschmack: angenehm malzig und tolle Aromen, die der Hopfen einbringt: Toffee, Vanille, Kokosnuss (Pina Colada), leicht floral und angenehm bitter Sehr exotischer spannender Geschmack. Top!

Geruch grasig und hefig mit leichter Zitrusnote. Startet süß und zitrusartig. Mitte Mandarine, Hefe, Herbe. Abgang hefig, herb und trocken bitter. Das ideale Bier zum Arbeitsbeginn.

12 oz bottle This is the first of my twelve beers of Christmas. The ale poured a hazy orange with small head that quickly dissipated . There was no lacing. The aroma of lemon and general citrus greets you. The taste is very pleasing. The Champagne yeast contributed to a sweeter taste and a clean finish. The ale had a light body with soft carbonation. The finish did have some mild herbal notes.

The beer is beautiful. The color is golden yellow and reminds me of sunshine. There is a little cloudiness in the beer. There aren’t many gas bubbles rising to the top. The beer pours a thick layer of rough white and tasty foam. The foam disappears like a snowflake in the sun. The beer has an amazing smell. The hops are very much present, which results in a strong fresh fruity aroma, with a little grounds aroma linked to it. I also smell alcohol and some oak wood, this reminds me of sherry/port. The smell reminds me of IPA, but the sherry/port aroma reminds me of the fact that it is not. The taste is also nice, but less than the smell. The hops have gotten a bit more to the background and the oakaged sherry/port flavor is stronger. This gives an unpleasant bitterness, a little moldy maybe. The beer has also something sour. This sourness could be a little less, with more room for the delicious fruity hop flavor. If this gets fulfilled, the beer is perfect.
